Every effort is made to reduce costs. Shipping charges change on a day to day basis with the added cost of fuel surcharges. We will ship your order via Federal Express or USPS if it's cheaper.

Please allow at least 14 business days for shipping. Lengths of time vary throughout the year. If you are local, your items could be ready in as few as 3-5 days. Orders are processed as quickly as possible.

Please review your orders carefully. We will not be responsible for an incorrectly ordered item. Always print your order. Every order is confirmed via e-mail. If you do not receive confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us via e-mail or phone to confirm your order was received.

Orders picked up at our store will be treated as "catalog orders" and in-store policies and handling fees apply. Merchandise is held for 60 days. Call for in-store policies.

Purchase orders must be faxed and signed by an authorized individual before they will be filled. Purchase order terms are 1% 10 net 30 days.

Tax exempt? Please fax a copy of your tax-exempt certificate/letter to the store. Tax will be omitted from your invoice.

Orders that are placed for shipping within close proximity to the store will be rerouted to the store for pick up regardless of the shipping option chosen. You will be contacted if you fall within that category before your order is processed.

Shipments deemed undeliverable due to an inaccurate address or several attempts will be the responsibility of the customer. Shipping charges, restocking and handling fees will be billed to the credit card. The remainder will be returned in the form of store credit.

Refund, Returns, and Cancellation Policies:

If your order was damaged during shipment please contact us immediately via e-mail or at (734) 675-6800. We will make arrangements to have the item picked up and upon receipt we will promptly ship a new item to you. The damaged item(s) must be returned in the original shipping carton so that damages may be inspected or your damage claim cannot be honored. All returns must be authorized. We reserve the right to refuse any claim.

Returns may be made within 30 days of purchase, in it’s original packaging in resalable condition. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. The item may be exchanged or you may receive store credit.

Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing your order. If the order has already shipped, cancellation will not be honored.

Our distributors change their prices and discontinue items. We do our very best to keep up with the changing market. If there is a price discrepancy we will let you know and await further instructions. Prices are subject to change without notice.
